okay I understand what you mean.
and jeah I kinda see sending love inbeetwen work and play.
cause somehow it feels like I work onmyself with love, but I still like it. not like actual work :)

but I like your mindset, I will try to see it that way. not like working, but like having fun and enjoying the sending of love :)

how is it with your love sessions, when you dont feel like you want to continue (does that even happen for you?) do you then continue or do you just accept it and stop sending love?

As I see, you can't DO anything in physical world to send love.
The only thing you do is - making a decision. It also takes an effort, but it's not a physical effort, it's cognitive effort. I read about it in Kahneman book "Thinking Fast and Slow".

I think Sending Love is more like choosing an answer to a question - would you like all remain as it is, or would you rather have this and that filled with love?
Or I could say that Sending Love is asking this from yourself.

People get tired from cognitive efforts too. They need some rest and some food to restore.

Yes, I'm trying to do what I want. Or maybe what my body wants.
